About Evergreen Park Concrete Contractor

Patient explanations, careful pours, and a Class A Chicago Masonry and Concrete license standing behind both.

Why Explain Everything?

Most homeowners buy concrete only a few times in their lives. They are asked to choose between quotes that look alike, from contractors who talk in shorthand about base, mesh and control joints. It is hard to make a good decision that way, and it is easy to end up with a walk or driveway that disappoints a few winters later.

Evergreen Park Concrete Contractor was built to do the opposite. We explain why a driveway needs more thickness than a walk. We show where the joints will go and why. We describe what goes under the slab and how it is compacted. Then we put all of it in a written quote, so you can compare it against anyone else's.

That approach applies whether the job is a front walk, a stamped patio, a garage foundation or a sidewalk for a storefront. When you understand the work, you can judge it. That is how we want to be judged.

What We Aim to Do

Leave every customer with concrete that looks right, drains right and holds up, and with a clear understanding of how it was built. A front walk that makes the house look finished is a good start.

What Sets Us Apart

  • Class A Chicago Masonry and Concrete license

Issued for masonry and concrete work in Chicago, it stands behind the walks, drives and slabs you hire us for.

  • Thickness and steel sized for use

Walks, patios, driveways and foundations each get the depth and reinforcement they need.

  • Joints placed on purpose

Laid out before the pour so cracks stay in clean lines.

  • A clean job site

Old concrete hauled, forms removed and the yard restored.

  • Written, itemized quotes

Base, thickness, reinforcement, finish and removal listed in full.

  • Homes and businesses

Front walks and storefront sidewalks held to the same standard.
